When using ITSM4Outlook for the first time, you will need to configure and connect to your own server. This step is easily done by clicking on the “Add Server” button, available in the “Get Started” section of the ITSM Service Today panel. Simply fulfill the required fields for server identification and log into your BMC Remedy account. Once the required information is validated, just refresh the ITSM Service Today panel to show your workload. You will then have access to all your IT requests, directly from Outlook.
