Release notes

As of May 1st 2020, support for Remedy 8.x & 9.0 is discontinued as those versions are now “end of life”.
ITSM4Office now supports Remedy/Helix from version 9.1.x.
Important: Upgrade All Clients to v2 first as this Server Component is not backward compatible with v1 Clients.

  • Fix installation error ORA-01790 happening during the Rebuild of the Union View
  • Fix "ERROR (62850): The $Process$ process requires a rejection justification, which the approver failed to provide."
