That was our motto when we built software for IT teams. It is still what we do, now as a consultancy.
From product company to automation consultancy
HDT Software was founded by Hervé Roux after ten years as an IT manager. The first problem the company tackled came straight from that experience: IT requests arriving by email, retyped into service management tools, losing detail and time along the way.
The answer was ITSM4Outlook, an integration that let support teams run IT service management directly from Microsoft Outlook. Designing, shipping and supporting it for enterprise IT departments taught us what makes integrations last: clean APIs, respect for the user’s workflow, and security that holds up to scrutiny.
Today we apply that experience across any toolset. HDT helps organisations connect their platforms, move work to the cloud and use AI where it genuinely saves effort, without tying them to a single vendor.
